Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Manage budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status reports to executive leadership.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices for project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP or PgMP certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the government or IT sector.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
