Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing IT infrastructure and software development projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level progress updates
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMO best practices
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Mentor project coordinators and junior PMs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 8+ years project management experience with 3+ in leadership
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong experience with Jira, MS Project, and Asana
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries preferred
