Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and develop proactive strategies to minimize impact.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and lead agile/scrum ceremonies to ensure high team performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or Healthcare sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Methodology: Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, and advanced Excel skills.
