Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design, Marketing)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables against business objectives
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience (Tech/IT focus)
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
