Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and strategy.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure profitability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Monitor project metrics and report progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement processes within the project management framework.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT, software, or technology industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
