Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, executives, and team members to align expectations.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team productivity.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management, with a focus on software development or technology.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Certification as a PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Experience working within the San Francisco Bay Area tech ecosystem is a plus.
