Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in alignment with company strategy.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on timelines.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and team processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT or Software Development industry.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is required.
- Proven experience managing full software development life cycles (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
