Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-life cycle of strategic projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines using industry-standard methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks before they impact schedules.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to executive stakeholders and team members with clarity and precision.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within a corporate or technology environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
