Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement PMO standards and optimize project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/fintech with 3+ years in leadership roles
- PMP or CPM certification required; MBA preferred
- Proven track record managing complex software development projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, risk mitigation, and change management
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
