Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP or similar certification required
- Proven experience managing complex tech or government projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
