Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and closure for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, Engineering) to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to hybrid waterfall frameworks
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to maintain budget adherence and ROI optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior project managers in best practices and professional development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience with enterprise-scale technology deployments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS/cloud migration projects
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana for project tracking
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget forecasting and variance analysis
