Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Technology or Financial sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
