In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, and ensure that our strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring strict alignment with business goals and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in real-time to prevent delays.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates, progress reports, and managing expectations.
- Coordinate resources and facilitate seamless collaboration between engineering, design, and sales teams.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the Technology or Construction sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution.
