Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery timelines and quality
- Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications proactively
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Present progress reports to executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software/tech projects
- PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
