Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Direct cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products and solutions on schedule.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential blockers early and implement strategies to mitigate project risks effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to executives and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies and toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Methodology: Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Francisco, CA, or relocate immediately.
