Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex corporate projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed plans to resolve any issues.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project governance.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage project teams to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management or corporate operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives in the technology or corporate sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Must be willing to work on-site in our San Jose headquarters.
