Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams across time zones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Jira and Asana
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication via weekly status reports and sprint reviews
- Maintain project documentation including PMBOK-compliant deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience managing weekend/shift-based project teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Exceptional communication skills with remote team coordination experience
- Ability to work independently during non-standard business hours
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex project deliveries
