Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver complex IT projects on schedule
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Monitor KPIs using JIRA/Asana and ensure budget adherence within ±5% variance
- Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports for C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CSM certification required (PRINCE2 acceptable)
- Proven success managing $500K+ budgets with 95% on-time delivery rate
- Expertise in Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) and MS Project
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
