Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans using Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across executive, client, and vendor levels
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Optimize resource allocation and track KPIs using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes
- Present project status to C-suite leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech implementations
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory
- Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record managing $500K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Exceptional skills in conflict resolution and stakeholder management
- Experience with remote team leadership and global project coordination
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
