Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and designers
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive stakeholder communication
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success managing budgets over $1M
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Experience with cloud migration or SaaS product launches
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
