Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for enterprise clients
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting across 10+ departments
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Mentor junior PMs while maintaining PMP or Scrum Master certification standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for Houston-based energy sector clients
- Optimize project delivery processes using Jira and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or energy sectors
- PMP or CSM certification with proven agile implementation track record
- Expertise in budget management ($500k+ project scopes)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
