Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies with 98%+ accuracy
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-budget delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior PMs and implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for automotive and manufacturing clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/digital transformation
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
