Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for enterprise-level software development projects
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting on project status and risks
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project delivery success rates
- Mentor junior project managers and conduct post-project reviews to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT infrastructure
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience with remote team management and distributed workflows
