Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics while maintaining P&L accountability
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive-level progress reporting
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management processes
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on time/budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
