Responsibilities
- Lead and Direct: Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project plans and manage schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating project status, updates, and issues effectively to stakeholders and executives.
- Resource Management: Manage project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation across teams.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in project management (3+ years preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
