Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software and logistics solutions on time and within budget.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively to executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure project continuity.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the tech or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ members through complex projects.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
