You will bridge the gap between classical artificial intelligence and emerging quantum computing paradigms to solve complex, unsolvable problems in logistics, cryptography, and synthetic biology.

Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms that leverage our 2026 roadmap.
- Roadmap Leadership: Provide technical direction for our internal roadmap, ensuring feasibility and scalability of quantum solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers to foster innovation.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing AI models and integrate quantum error correction protocols to enhance performance.
- Prototyping: Build and deploy proof-of-concept prototypes for high-impact commercial applications.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technical vision for Nebula Horizon.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture with a focus on AI/ML or quantum computing.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, robust solutions.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
