Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits to identify and resolve site architecture, crawling, and indexing issues that hinder organic growth.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead the development of high-value keyword strategies based on search volume, user intent, and competitive analysis.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structures to improve ranking potential.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy to acquire high-authority backlinks from relevant industry domains.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools; provide actionable insights and monthly reporting.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation workflows.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of algorithm updates and monitor competitor strategies to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with site speed optimization and mobile-first indexing.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
