- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive teams to align technical execution with business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and impact, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting new technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and integrating them into our ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex architectural strategies to stakeholders with clarity, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, technical architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete, actionable technical strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving them towards a common vision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
