Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy tailored to the preferences of Gen Z and future workers.
- Lead Employer Branding initiatives that showcase our forward-thinking culture and remote-first work environment.
- Utilize advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven sourcing tools to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast headcount needs and design innovative interview processes.
- Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to ensure an equitable hiring ecosystem.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for fast-paced, tech-forward organizations.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z workplace values, motivations, and communication channels.
- Expertise in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
