- Partner with C-level executives and Engineering Managers to define technical requirements and assess cultural fit for futuristic roles.
- Navigate the competitive San Francisco tech market to negotiate competitive compensation packages and close high-value offers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging skills and talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research to ensure our salary benchmarks remain competitive in the fast-evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Software Engineering or AI sectors.
- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (Python, Rust, Go, React) and the ability to speak the language of engineers.
- Proven track record of placing senior-level candidates in high-growth startups or FAANG companies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Huntr, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first or hybrid environment.
