Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product owners to drive project momentum.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent scope creep.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Retrospectives, Stand-ups) and continuously improve development processes.
- Communicate project status, blockers, and success metrics to executive stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Mentor junior project managers and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
- Manage the project budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development or IT environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, multi-team projects in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings or team off-sites.
