Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- SEO-Driven Sourcing: Optimize job postings on external boards and our careers page using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and candidate reach.
- Employer Branding: Develop and maintain compelling content that highlights 2026's culture, mission, and value proposition to attract passive candidates.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse/Workday) effectively, including data entry, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers, engineers, and product teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- SEO Knowledge: Demonstrated experience optimizing job descriptions and recruitment funnels for search engines (Google, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with modern web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or data science tools is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging copy for job ads and blogs.
- Tools: Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable) and HRIS tools (BambooHR, Rippling).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
