Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning it with company-wide objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and scenario planning to forecast industry shifts over the next 3-5 years.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects aimed at achieving 2026 revenue and operational milestones.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to define resource allocation and investment priorities for future growth.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track the progress of long-term strategic initiatives.
- Present complex strategic data to stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and achieving long-term (5+ year) business goals.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MPA) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
