- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published work in futurism/innovation thought leadership platforms
- Experience scaling future-focused initiatives in enterprise environments
