- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and leadership teams to align on future-state visions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (articles, books, patents)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, trend mapping)
