Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the R&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Pitch innovation initiatives to C-level executives and secure budget allocation for experimental projects.
- Monitor industry trends globally to anticipate shifts in the technological landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Tech Strategy.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of defining successful long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
