- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 initiatives.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Planning, or Operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives with a multi-year horizon.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
