- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for investors, board members, and cross-functional teams.
- Change Management: Lead digital transformation efforts, ensuring the organization is agile and prepared for the rapid pace of technological change.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and technological shifts with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy within a high-growth environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
