Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and user requirements to drive data-informed decisions
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, Marketing) to prioritize backlog items
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track product performance and user engagement
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Translate technical concepts into business value propositions for executive stakeholders
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new features in Agile environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in FinTech or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Proven track record documenting requirements for enterprise-level applications
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly valued
