Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis to identify process improvements and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage JIRA backlogs for cross-functional teams
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable reports
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations and recommendations
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or financial services
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with JIRA proficiency
- Advanced SQL skills and data modeling experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of documenting complex business processes
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
