Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of translating requirements into technical specs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
