Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed functional specifications
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into technical requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
