Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and maintain Jira/Confluence artifacts
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business outcomes
- Document requirements in clear, concise specifications for technical implementation
- Coordinate UAT cycles and validate solutions against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification (CSM/CBAP a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in UML/BPMN notation
- Experience with API integration and data modeling concepts
