Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls framework
- Manage financial audit processes and external relationships
- Drive process optimization in accounts payable/receivable
- Provide strategic financial insights for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ finance professionals
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry background preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
