Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
- Direct treasury operations and banking relationships
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings
- Optimize financial systems and implement process improvements
- Mentor finance team and develop departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (active license)
- 10+ years in corporate accounting with 5+ in leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP standards
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in financial transformation projects
- Excellent communication with C-suite stakeholders
