Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Oversee $50M+ annual budget planning and variance analysis
- Lead M&A due diligence and integration processes
- Drive financial modeling and forecasting for 3-5 year horizons
- Manage investor relations and SEC compliance reporting
- Mentor senior finance professionals and build high-performance teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in corporate finance with 5+ in director-level roles
- CPA or MBA required; CFA preferred
- Expertise in SaaS/tech industry financial operations
- Proven success in scaling finance departments (500+ FTE)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Experience with international GAAP/IFRS compliance
