Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product owners, and executive leadership, providing clear and concise updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Agile Methodology: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and continuously improve our development processes.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before release.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the software development or information technology sector.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or Agile (CSM/CSPO) certification is strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and software development tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
