Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate complex project status updates to executive stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
