Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business requirements analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Validate solutions through UAT and coordinate deployment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT/energy sector
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Proven track record of requirement elicitation and documentation
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
